Good location, close to restaurants and stores. Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, making it easy to work from the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The facilities were outdated and not well-maintained. the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at night, and the hot water was scarce.

Spent my Easter weekend at this hotel. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff was helpful in giving directions to key locations and always greeted me with a smile. The rooftop area was a great place to relax with a drink and meet other guests.
The shower water temperature was inconsistent which made it hard to bathe comfortably. , the noise from the outside street kept me up all night.

Our stay was fantastic! We found the hotel very clean and quiet. The staff were exceptional in their attentiveness and friendliness. Their limited English was not an issue as they patiently helped us with all our needs. The location was perfect, being close to restaurants, supermarkets and transport. We enjoyed the rooftop area for meeting other guests.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Hotel Boutique San Sebastian. The hotel was incredibly quiet and clean, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel well attended to. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet close to everything we wanted to visit. We especially loved the cozy hotel bar, where we enjoyed delicious cocktails and food. If we ever return to Bogota, we would love to stay here again.
While our overall stay was exceptional, we did experience a minor inconvenience with the safety box in our room. Unfortunately, it seems that someone had accessed it and stole our money while we were out of the hotel.
